MARK CASEY
Mark Casey has over 30 years of experience in the construction and retirement verticals. He commenced his development career at 17 years of age, starting with a single home renovation in Kensington, which led to various multi-unit, multi-storey, and master-planned community developments.
Mark is the Managing Director of Casey Capital, an established property development business, undertaking development conception, planning, construction and project management for projects that range between $5M - $1B in value.
Outside of Casey Capital, Mark is the director of related property and development consortiums, including: Links Group, developer of the highly successful master-planned communities, Sanctuary Lakes and Sandhurst Club; Massey, developer and commercial facility organisation owning the $120M Wyndham Resort Hotel Development at 100 Esplanade, Torquay; Kithbrooke Park, developer of a retirement village at Torquay; and Armstrong Creek Development Corporation, developer of the Armstrong Creek residential master development called Warralily, which has won over 16 industry awards including ‘Best Masterplan Community in Victoria’ (2019) and the national award for ‘Best Environmental Development’ (2019). Mark has acquired significant land holdings in Lennox Head to develop a new masterplan community to be known as ‘Saltwood’ and has purchased the northern growth corridor in Ballarat.
In addition to property development, Mark is the seed investor and strategist of the fintech startup business Credit Clear founded in Australia and floatED on the ASX in OCTOBER 2020.
